your designed as large as 12" wide X 15" high. Direct-to-garment printing technology
( Not old-fashioned low-quality iron-on heat transfers). High-resolution print that is
soft-to-the-touch and durable (not waxy and flaky like transfers).
Digital Printed Full Front or Full Back T-Shirts
Digital Printed T-Shirts are different from Screen Printed T-Shirts. This new process
has been out for the last three years. T-Shirts are run thru a special bulk ink Printer.
With this process you can have as many colors as you need. Full back or full front,
can also have full back with front left chest logo. With this process you can order
one t-shirt to 36 T-Shirts.
Style of T-Shirts Digital Printed
Embroidery Images uses 100% cotton t-shirts. Cotton T's will be cooler.
Embroidery Images has found out with our Digital Printing process that it
works best on 100% cotton t-shirts. We use Hanes Beefy T and Gildan T-Shirts..
Light Or Dark Shirts?
dark colored shirts. If you're printing a light color on dark shirts expect
to pay more to have a whiteunderbase printed underneath your design.
Without this underbase, your colors will look faded against the dark shirt.
Extended Sizes
Another factor that effects pricing is whether you need extended sizes. Sizes
2X and larger will be more expensive.
Digital Printed Quantity Breakdown
After you've determined your general needs, determine what is your best buy.
For example, if you need more than 36 T-Shirts Screen Printing may
may be more economical way to order shirts because your cost will be
cheaper per shirt. Especially if you can reduce your colors to one or two colors.
Digital Printing Artwork
Don't forget artwork fees. Don't assume that we can print from any computer
file. Unless you have a realistic design that can be taken directly from a
photograph or a high resolution bitmap most likely your artwork will need
to be converted into vector format (line art). Charges for vectorization
can vary greatly depending on how detailed your design is.
Digital Printing Charges
Digital Printing , on ash and white t-shirts, for a full front or full back
cost is $13.95 per shirt (includes T-Shirt). Digital Printing on light
colored t-shirts ( Lt. Pink, Stone, Lt. Blue etc.) for a full front or
back cost is $13.95 per shirt (includes T-Shirt). Digital Printing on
dark colored t-shirts ( Black, Navy, Red, Purple Royal etc. ) these cost
more because we have to put a white base down first, for a full front or
full back cost is $19.95 per shirt (includes T-Shirt).
